What companies often ask.
How does my company get a corporate rate?
Through a framework agreement. It sets out the corporate rate, how invoicing works and your dedicated contact with us. We agree the terms with you personally, depending on how often and for how long your colleagues are in the region. The agreement runs for twelve months with no minimum volume; stays are booked by offer and paid on account. Just get in touch via the enquiry form.
Can we book without a framework agreement?
Yes. You can book online and pay when you book like any other guest, or ask us for an offer at any time – and we will make the invoice out to your company if you need it. A framework agreement makes sense if your team is in the region regularly or for longer periods.
What details do you need for a company invoice?
Your company name and billing address – a separate billing address is fine too, for example that of your accounts department. On request, we add a cost centre. Your VAT ID is optional.
Can several stays go on one invoice?
Yes. With a framework agreement, we can combine all stays in a month into one consolidated invoice. When and how it is paid is set out in the framework agreement.
Can my company book on behalf of employees?
Yes. You can book for employees, consultants or guests of your company. Tell us who will be staying when you enquire – if you like, we will send the arrival information directly to them.
Are there rewards for the person who books?
No – deliberately not. The benefits of LOCADO for companies belong to your company: the corporate rate and terms are set out in the framework agreement and can be traced on the invoice. There are no personal rewards, vouchers or gifts for bookers, assistants or travel managers – so everything stays transparent for procurement and compliance.
