Good to know before you book.
Why book direct rather than through Airbnb?
When you book direct, there is no platform in between: you deal with us from the start, and we sort out questions about your arrival, your invoice or an extension personally. We arrange longer stays and company bookings flexibly with you – with an invoice made out to your company if you need one.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Check-in from 1 pm or check-out until 1 pm costs €25 each and is possible if the apartment is free – just ask us beforehand. If you vacate the apartment later without an arrangement, we charge €25 for each hour or part of an hour; you may prove that no loss or a significantly lower loss has occurred.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. You will receive an invoice as a PDF, made out to your company if you wish. Simply enter the company name and billing address when you book, or send them to us afterwards. No VAT is charged under section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme). Prices and invoices therefore do not show any VAT. Does your company book with us regularly?
