In a hotel you know exactly what to expect, but you live in one room. A holiday let gives you space and a kitchen, but what you find there is a surprise every time.
LOCADO closes this gap: every apartment has its own character, but the same standard applies everywhere.

Who we are
Founded in the Rhine Valley.
LOCADO is run by Moritz Gierschmann and Malcom Kochems. We live here between the Rhine and the Siebengebirge and know the region well.
Moritz is a trained hotelier. From the hotel trade we have brought along fixed standards, attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
We are deliberately starting small, with one apartment in Königswinter-Niederdollendorf and a second – probably in Erpel – in preparation.
Our promise
You arrive and find everything just as it should be. If something is ever missing, we sort it out – quickly and without fuss.
